Reward for Clipping the Nails and Cutting the Hair

Here are two Muwaththaq Hadeeth (Reliable Hadeeth) on the great reward for clipping your nails and cutting your hair on certain days.

From Al-Sakoonee from Abee `Abd Allaah (عليه السلام): “Whoever clips his nails on the day of Jumu`ah (Friday), Allaah (عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ) makes the disease of his fingers leave, and he enters a cure in it (his fingers)”

And with the same Isnaad He (عليه السلام) said: The Messenger of Allaah (عليه السلام) said: “Whoever clips his nails and takes (cuts) from his hair on the day of Saturday or Thursday will be safe from the pain of his teeth and the pain of the eyes”
