Here is a blog post by IslamicSalvation, which can be found here:

Chapter on the man who prays with a people (leads them in it) and he is not in the state of ritual purity or facing the Qibla

1. Ali bin Ibrahim bin Hashim from his father (Ibrahim bin Hashim) AND Muhammad bin Ismail from Fadhl bin Shadhan all togethor from Hammad bin Isa from Hariz (bin Abdallah) from Muhammad bin Muslim who said : I asked Aba Abdillah عليه السلام  about a man who leads a people (in prayer) - and he is not in the state of ritual purity (Tahir), so he informs them of this after they have prayed, so He said : he (the imam) repeats (his prayer), and they (the followers) do not (repeat) it. (Hasan like Sahih due to Ibrahim bin Hashim and Muhammad bin Ismail)

2. Ali (bin Ibrahim) from his father (Ibrahim bin Hashim) from Ibn Abi Umayr from Hammad (bin Uthman) from (Ubaydullah bin Ali) al-Halabiy from Abi Abdillah عليه السلام  about a blind man leading a people (in prayer) - and he is not facing the Qibla - (He) said : he (the blind imam) repeats (the prayer), and they (the followers) do not repeat - for they have made an effort (i.e to find the Qibla, since they can see, and failed to do so). (Hasan due to Ibrahim bin Hashim)
