Being a Proud Shia

Here is a beautiful hadeeth that is SaHeeH that the Imaam (عليه السلام) is telling us to be a proud shee`ah. This is because we are the ones following the path of Allaah (سبحانه و تعالى).

From Kulayb bin Mu`aawiyah said Aboo `Abd Allaah Ja`far bin Muhammad (عليه السلام) said: “What prevents you when you speak to the people that you tell them we went where Allaah went. And we chose whoever Allaah has chosen. That Allaah (سبحانه و تعالى) chose Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), and we chose the family of Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم). So we are clinging on to the best from Allaah

  1. Salamu Aleykum,

I find it interesting how there are wahhabi and nasibis, who check your blog and copy your materials to misuse them in their own blog, yet when it comes to these types of post, where our Imams (as) have made it clear that their Shi'a are on the right path, they ignore it and make no mention of it.
These individuals follow their own desires, and are victims of confirmation bias and other cognitive issues. They perceive your blog selectively and they have selective hearing and seeing. Nonetheless, it is quite amusing seeing how hard they try to deceive themselves and keep their minds off of the bigger picture.

God has spoken about their types in the Holy Qur'an.

"Have you then considered him who takes his low desire for his god, and Allah has made him err having knowledge and has set a seal upon his ear and his heart and put a covering upon his eye. Who can then guide him after Allah? Will you not then be mindful?" (45:23)

May Allah open the eyes of whoever that gives these wahhabis and nasibis an ounce of credibility.

    Excellent post brother Nader.
